Brownie Cookie Recipe – DON’T LOSE THIS RECIPE!!! #chicken #yummy #recipe




INGREDIENTS

  • 12 ounces of sweet and sour chocolate chips (60-70% cocoa)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sugar 
  • 1/4 cup sugar 
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla 
  • 1/2 teaspoon leaven 
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder¹
  • 1 cup pecans (chopped, optional)
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips










INSTRUCTIONS

  • Melt the sweet and sour chocolate chips and butter during a thick saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until they're melted and well mixed.
  • Remove from heat and put aside .
  • In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle, beat the eggs, sugars, vanilla, leaven and salt at high speed for five minutes or until the dough is thick and creamy. This step is important , so make certain to beat the mixture for the complete 5 minutes.
  • Reduce the speed to low and blend the melted chocolate until it's well mixed.
  • Stir within the cocoa flour and powder until well blended.
  • Add nuts, if necessary, and mini chocolate chips. Stir in to mix . The dough should have the consistency of a thick brownie dough at now .
  • Cover the dough and refrigerate half-hour .
  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Using a 1.5 tablespoon cookie spoon, place dough on prepared cookie sheets about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake cookies for 8-10 minutes. The cookie will look assail the sides but will always be a touch wet within the center. don't overcook, otherwise the cookies won't be crisp and crisp.
  • The shiny, cracked crust will develop when the cookies cool on the baking sheet.
