Cream Cheese Cookies – DON’T LOSE THIS RECIPE!!! #chicken #yummy #recipe




Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup softened butter (1 stick)
  • 4 ounces cheese , temperature 
  • 1 cup granulated white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla 
  • 1 teaspoon of flavorer 
  • 1/2 teaspoon leaven 
  • 1 3/4 cups cake flour









Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cream the butter and therefore the cream with an electrical mixer.
  • Add sugar and beat 1 minute. Add the egg and beat to mix . Add the extracts and beat until they're combined. Add leaven and cake flour (in three sections), mix to mix .
  • Once incorporated, refrigerate the dough for a minimum of one hour.
  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. The dough is sticky, so use flour on your hands to roll out 1 to 2 inch balls. you'll use rock bottom of a cup / glass dipped in flour to softly flatten the balls. don't flatten an excessive amount of or the cookies won't swell.
  • Bake for 9 to 11 minutes. Important: remove them once you see rock bottom edges turn golden! this might vary for your oven and your altitude. Look carefully at these cookies.
