- 2 cups chopped raw sweet potato
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup black cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut oil

- 2 teaspoons of yeast

- 1 cup pitted medjool dates
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350F. Line the bottom of two 6-inch spring cake pans with parchment paper slices.
- In a food processor, chop the sweet potato. Then, in a blender, combine all the ingredients for the cake until smooth.
- Divide the dough between the two cake pans. Bake at 350 ° F for 45 to 50 minutes, then refrigerate in the freezer while you are icing.
